AGREEMENT.
Audio Mate cannot accept your order until you have paid for
it in full. Upon payment, Audio Mate will confirm acceptance
of your order by email which will be sent to the email address
you provide to us. We are a trade supplier and all the products
we sell are for "Professional Use Only".
Methods of Payment.
We accept most credit cards: Payable through: Lloyds TSB - SagePay and (Paypal Acceped 2%
handling fee will apply)
Methods of Ordering.
Audio Mate: Order On-line Only.
Stock levels are true and updated at 6 minutes past
every hour.

www.audiomate.co.uk/ utilizes SSL technology on our Shopping
Cart, rest assured, your online ordering is Secure. We use
the 3D secure credit card processing system which relies on
you entering your 3D secure password on a page provided by
SagePay and we have no access or control over this page.
Product Guarantee
All items purchased from Audio Mate are covered by a 12 months
guarantee, with the exception of consumable items such as
CDs, styli, fluids, fuses etc. We will exchange or repair
any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28
days. If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but
within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts
to you free of charge. Accidental damage and damaged caused
by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a
charge will be made.
DELIVERY & CHARGES
Our delivery times are simple, most products ordered before
2.30pm (Mon-Thur) are dispatched the very same day. Orders
processed on Friday before 2.30pm are delivered on Monday.
Delivery to more remote areas may take an extra day or two.
Our Courier is not a Guarenteed Next Day Service. They aim
to deliver next day and do so most times, but they do not
guarentee it.
Shipping Costs. (UK Mainland Only) £6.00 + vat for
all UK orders (not including highlands of scotland). Some
large weighted orders may require a pallet, you will be contacted
with additional shipping costs if this happens. Standard Pallet
Costs from £30.00 + vat
Please note that we do not ship to the Highlands
and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and
the Channel Islands. These include postcodes IM, IV, HS, KA27-28,
KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25,
ZE.
All deliveries are made by courier and will need to be signed
for, so if you have a preferred day for delivery, please make
a note of this in the comments box at checkout. If no-one
is in at time of delivery, the courior will leave a card to
say that they have tried to deliver. You can then contact
them directly to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver or
to collect from their depot.
All deliveries must be signed for! Once
delivered, the goods will become your property and your responsibility
and Audio Mate will not accept any liability for loss damage
or destruction to the items you purchase from our website.
You will be asked to sign for your goods, on which you are
responsible for checking your items before you sign. On signing,
you are accepting that all items have been received and in
good condition or what you previously agreed to through our
terms & conditions. If the courier will not wait for you
to check the goods you must notify the courier company of
this. Please be aware that Audio Mate does not and will not
take any responsibility for goods that have been signed for
in good order and accepted by you, they become your property
and we are no longer a party to them.
If you cannot check the product(s) when delivered,
you must sign as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do so may affect
any warranty you may have in the future.
RETURNS POLICY
Need to Return a product? Satisfying our
customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice,
and emphasize in our business.
To return a product you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
This can be done by contacting our service department. NO
returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
We'll need the following information to authorize
your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
Return shipping back to us is the sole responsibility of
the customer. If the return is a result of our error, we'll
pay the return shipping cost once your item is returned, you
will receive an email confirming your return. Products returned
must be in new condition, unused and containing all original
labels and packaging. To return an item, just send us an email
with your order number and the reason for the return (item
was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, wrong size, etc.)
and we'll get back too you ASAP. |
